When Circumstances Change – Michigan Family Law Journal

When Circumstances Change

I was recently approached by the editors of the Michigan Family Law Journal to write a monthly coulmn on Michigan Divorce and Family Law.  The Michigan Family Law Journal is a publication of the State Bar of Michigan Family Law Section and serves as “Family Law Council’s forum to share ideas; review, evaluate, and testify regarding new legislation; and summarize and analyze case law and trends that affect our Section.  .  .  Our readers receive advance notice of the most current pertinent legal developments which may impact our practice. We learn from The Best to be The Best.”

My first contribution to the Family Law Journal is provided below.  While the intended audience is lawyers and Judges, I am including the article for our readers as well.
